Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the United States:

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders $100 and over
• $6.90 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $100

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 7–10 business days

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship from our location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain regions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.
